This spacious two-bedroom,  two-bath unit features deluxe furnishing, elevators, two-car garages, a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi hot tub, and boat docking facilities on Lemon Bay.  Boats may not exceed 16' in length.  There is no trailer parking on site.  Within walking distance are restaurants with live entertainment and a convenience store.  You are sure to fall in love with this unit - come experience your vacation on our little piece of paradise!

Two bikes are available at the unit to rent.  Let the reservation specialist know at the time of booking if you would like to add the bike rentals.  Bikes are rented for $50 per week per bike or $100 per month per bike.  A liability waiver must be signed by guests who will be riding the bikes.  

The famous Stump Pass, the Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve, the backwaters of the Beach State Park, and the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico, all well-known for their excellent fisheries (among the very best in the nation) are just 10 minutes away. Fishermen will enjoy catching all types of the most desirable game fish. Walk to restaurants and shops. Whether you are staying on the Gulf Side or the Intracoastal Bayside, you will enjoy all the beauty and tranquility that Manasota Key has to offer! This condo must be booked at least 3 weeks before arrival.  A $150 application fee will be collected as part of the booking and condo forms must be completed and submitted within 3 weeks of booking this property - no exception.  Please make special note that you will be evicted without refund if the Condo Association Rules and Regulations are not followed to the "T".

Maximum Occupancy/Gatherings:  Our properties are in residential areas and are rented for personal vacation uses only.  Each property has a specific maximum occupancy.  Parties and other large gatherings are not permitted.  Those who break this rule risk forfeiture of their security deposit, rental fees, and eviction.  Please refer to the Terms and Conditions at the time you make your reservation.
