This home offers a deep-water docking that can accommodate several boats. A fish cleaning bench. It features a heated swimming pool with whirlpool jets perfect for you to cool off on a hot day plus the beach is just a short walk away!  The home has a great open porch overlooking the docks and the bay on the main level screened. Please be aware the boat lift is not available for guest use. Stump Pass is approximately one mile long with a deep water channel and no bridges to the pass. Also, the garage is not available for parking/use - it has numerous items occupying parking space that prohibits any vehicle from parking inside.

The famous Stump Pass, the Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve, the backwaters of the Beach State Park, and the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico, all well-known for their excellent fisheries (among the very best in the nation) are just 10 minutes away. Fishermen will enjoy catching all types of the most desirable game fish.
