This two-bedroom, two-bath, pool home is a hop, skip, and a jump to Farlow's Restaurant and is minutes away from the public beach on Manasota Key.  The caged pool overlooks a wide waterway teeming with fish you can catch right from the dock.  This home doesn't have a fish cleaning station.  The kitchen overlooks the living room and dining room, forming a very inviting great room.  The master bedroom has a view of the waterway and the pool through the sliding glass doors, and the master bath has a shower to die for.

Please note that there is one bridge on Placida Road that opens into the open waters of Lemon Bay. The clearance under the bridge at high tide was 8 feet, measured in mid-2021. The distance from the property to the bridge is approximately 1/8th of a mile.  

The famous Stump Pass, the Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve, the backwaters of the Beach State Park, and the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico, all well-known for their excellent fisheries (among the very best in the nation) are just 10 minutes away. Manasota Key is a quiet community with a sense of Old World Florida with easy access to local bars and restaurants which makes this an ideal location for your relaxing and convenient getaway for the day or even a few hours. You can walk to the nearby restaurants and bars as well as the mini-mart for last-minute essentials right from the beach. There is also a free shuttle service if you choose not to walk. Just call Stumpy’s Free Ride at 941-822-1444. They service almost the entire beach.

While this property is listed as pet-friendly, all pets are subject to approval.  The pet fee is $150 per pet and is taxable and non-refundable.  The limit is no more than 2 pets.  You will be asked to provide details of your dog including breed and weight.  No bully breeds and cats are not allowed.  

Maximum Occupancy/Gatherings:  Our properties are in residential areas and are rented for personal vacation uses only.  Each property has a specific maximum occupancy.  Parties and other large gatherings are not permitted.  Those who break this rule risk forfeiture of their security deposit, rental fees, and eviction.  Please refer to the Terms and Conditions at the time you make your reservation.

After booking, Manasota Key Realty - Conch Out Vacations will be calling regarding all payments. Please note that payments on VRBO do NOT match ours. Each of our properties has a Security Deposit NOT shown on VRBO. Initial payments include the property's refundable Security (Damage) Deposit, 25% of the total rental fee, and the booking fee. Damage Deposit refund will be processed within 30 days of departure. Final payments are due 60 days from arrival. Please note the VRBO service fee is collected separately and is out of our control.
