The porch is also an ideal spot to relax and look out for boats, shorebirds and manatees. An oversized screened patio includes a heated pool with a waterfall, and ample room for sunbathing and dining. This serene and cheerful retreat also features 3 bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds), an office (1 full futon), 2 full baths, 2 half baths, a dining room and a well-equipped, gourmet-style kitchen. Please note: Although the property is located on a tidal creek that runs to Lemon Bay, there is not a boat dock. Local marinas offer boat rentals by the day or week with boats kept at their docks. There are also several boat launches in the area.

Manasota Key and Englewood is a quiet community with a sense of Old World Florida with easy access to local bars and restaurants which makes this an ideal location for your relaxing and convenient getaway. The famous Stump Pass, the Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve, the backwaters of the Beach State Park, and the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico, all well-known for their excellent fisheries (among the very best in the nation) are just 10 minutes away.

House Rules
~Must be at least 25 years of age to rent this exclusive property and must be present the entire stay.  No third-party rentals or subletting.  Adults cannot rent the property on behalf of underage guests, no exceptions.  Minors under 18 can only stay with parent, legal guardian or a responsible adult and must never be eft at the property unsupervised.
~Strict no pet policy due to allergies, including pets of day visitors
~NO house parties
~Ring doorbell at front door for security
~ Check in at 4pm EST/check out 10am EST.  Times are firm due to cleaning schedule.

Maximum Occupancy/Gatherings: Maximum occupancy is 8 people.  Our properties are in residential areas and are rented for personal vacation uses only.  Each property has a specific maximum occupancy.  Parties and other large gatherings are not permitted.  Those who break this rule risk forfeiture of their security deposit, rental fees, and eviction.  Please refer to the Terms and Conditions at the time you make your reservation.

Please note that payments on VRBO do NOT match ours. Initial payments include 25% of the total rental fee and booking fee. Final payments are due 60 days from arrival. Please note the VRBO service fee is collected separately and is out of our control
