House Rules
~Must be at least 25 years of age to rent this exclusive property and must be present the entire stay.  No third-party rentals or subletting.  Adults cannot rent the property on behalf of underage guests, no exceptions.  Minors under 18 can only stay with parent, legal guardian or a responsible adult and must never be eft at the property unsupervised.
~Strict no pet policy due to allergies, including pets of day visitors
~NO house parties
~Ring doorbell at front door for security
~ Check in at 4pm EST/check out 10am EST.  Times are firm due to cleaning schedule.

Maximum Occupancy/Gatherings: Maximum occupancy is 8 people.  Our properties are in residential areas and are rented for personal vacation uses only.  Each property has a specific maximum occupancy.  Parties and other large gatherings are not permitted.  Those who break this rule risk forfeiture of their security deposit, rental fees, and eviction.  Please refer to the Terms and Conditions at the time you make your reservation.

Please note that payments on VRBO do NOT match ours. Initial payments include 25% of the total rental fee and booking fee. Final payments are due 60 days from arrival. Please note the VRBO service fee is collected separately and is out of our control
