There are a total of 12 units in 3 buildings that are elevated on pilings.  Unit 8 is in the middle, poolfront building and a few steps from the beach.  The complex has a heated swimming pool and a great beach. It is close to the State Park and wildlife refuge at the south end of the Key.  This 3-bedroom 2-bath unit is nicely decorated and quite spacious and has a nice screened porch to enjoy the balmy weather.

The famous Stump Pass, the Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve, the backwaters of the Beach State Park, and the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico, are all well-known for their excellent fisheries (among the very best in the nation). Each of our properties has a Security Deposit NOT shown on VRBO. Initial payments include the property's refundable Security (Damage) Deposit, 25% of the total rental fee, and the booking fee. Damage Deposit refund will be processed within 30 days of departure. Final payments are due 60 days from arrival. Please note the VRBO service fee is collected separately and is out of our control.
