Location, Location, Location! This Gulf to Bay Condominium complex is a favorite of many looking to enjoy the beauty of Manasota Key. Conveniently located within walking distance to the island convenience store, beach apparel shop, and restaurants with live entertainment.
A 1st-floor (2 bedroom) key(island) location with immediate access to a heated pool bay(fishing boat dock) with 2 2-minute walk to the beach. This is truly a favorite of many looking to enjoy Manasota Key because you are in the middle of it all. It is located within a short walking distance of all the island restaurants, live entertainment, convenience store, excursion rentals, and local gift shops. The master bedroom has a king bed(50 TV), and the guest bedroom has a Full Bed(bottom) with a twin bunk above it(35 There is additional sleeping with a sleeper sofa in the living room and a futon in the lanai. The living room boasts a 70 TV and the kitchen with all new appliances and a large granite counter breakfast bar! The unit is equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, kid's beach toys, coolers(ice packs), and everything you need to relax at the beach. Gas grills and coin-operated laundry facilities are available on both the bay and Gulf sides of the association community. Gulf beach access is directly across the street.
RENTAL APPLICATION FEE WILL BE PAID BY OWNERS! Guests must complete the rental application, but the fee will be paid to Sunburst Condos by the owners of this unit.
Maximum Occupancy/Gatherings: Our properties are in residential areas and are rented for personal vacation uses only. Each property has a specific maximum occupancy. Parties and other large gatherings are not permitted. Those who break this rule risk forfeiture of their security deposit and rental fees, and Sunburst is NOT a pet-friendly community. Pets are strictly prohibited.
Please refer to the Terms and Conditions at the time you make your reservation. A Damage Deposit will be collected with the first payment and refunds processed within 30 days of departure. Please note the VRBO service fee is collected separately.
