Turtle Bay 2A

Devine's Turtle Bay Condominiums is a beautiful complex located on Manasota Key and Lemon Bay.  It is comprised of 4 buildings and 8 units.  This community offers a heated community pool, limited first come, first serve dockage and deeded beach access approximately a 2 minute walk away!  Everything you need for a relaxing vacation and fun in the sun!

This charming newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath ground floor condominium is within walking distance of several restaurants that offer great food and live music on Manasota Key.  This is a premium first floor unit with luxury vinyl plank throughout.  This unit is located right next to the heated community pool.  The condominium has an open floor plan that brings in loads of natural Florida sunshine. You will find a queen bed is in each of the bedrooms as well as ceiling fans..  The lanai is screened to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail.  This complex offers a dock, providing a serene place to fish and watch for dolphins and manatees. This is a non-smoking unit which includes no smoking on the balcony.  If you smoke, you must go out to the street.If any smoke is detected in or around the premises you will forfeit your damage deposit.

**There are 3 boat slips that can accommodate a maximum of a 20 foot boat for Devine's Turtle Bay occupants only.  Slips are not guaranteed until after we call management for availability.  Trailer parking needs to be arranged prior to your arrival at one of the local marinas or upon your arrival at the lot next our office.  The rate is $10/day and cash only at the lot next to our office or with our maintenance coordinator.  Boat trailer parking may be coordinated through our office at 941-475-1554 during regular business hours.

Maximum Occupancy/Gatherings:  Our properties are in residential areas and are rented for personal vacation uses only.  Each property has a specific maximum occupancy.  Parties and other large gatherings are not permitted.  Those that break this rule risk forfeiture of their security deposit, rental fees, and eviction.  Please refer to the Terms and Conditions OR Rental Agreement (if VRBO) at the time you make your reservation.

After booking, Manasota Key Realty - Conch Out Vacations will be calling regarding all payments. Please note that payments on VRBO do NOT match ours. Each of our properties have a Security Deposit NOT shown on VRBO. Initial payments include the property's refundable Security (Damage) Deposit, 25% of the total rental fee and booking fee. Damage Deposit refund will be processed within 30 days of departure. Final payments are due 60 days from arrival. Please note the VRBO service fee is collected separately and is out of our control.
