Being one of our most attractive and beautifully decorated rentals, you will love this unit!  This unit has parking for 2 vehicles in the garage.  Any other vehicles must be parked off-site and may be subject to a daily parking fee.

This condo must be booked at least 3 weeks before arrival.  A $150 application fee will be collected as part of the booking and condo forms must be completed and submitted within 3 weeks of booking this property - no exception.  Please make special note that you will be evicted without refund if the Condo Association Rules and Regulations are not followed to the "T".

Maximum Occupancy/Gatherings:  Our properties are in residential areas and are rented for personal vacation uses only.  Each property has a specific maximum occupancy.  Parties and other large gatherings are not permitted.  Those who break this rule risk forfeiture of their security deposit, rental fees, and eviction.  Please refer to the Terms and Conditions at the time you make your reservation.
