There is sufficient parking for 2 cars underneath the home.  Room to dock a 23-foot boat on the seawall, estimated water depth is 3 feet at low tide.  Plus, there is a fish cleaning station with running water and power. A new addition is a deck and kayak launch!


The famous Stump Pass, the Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve, the backwaters of the Beach State Park, and the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico, all well-known for their excellent fisheries (among the very best in the nation) are just 10 minutes away. Fishermen will enjoy catching all types of the most desirable game fish. Walk to restaurants and shops. While this property is listed as pet-friendly, all pets are subject to approval.  The pet fee is $150 per pet and is taxable and non-refundable.  The limit is no more than 2 pets.  You will be asked to provide details of your dog including breed and weight.  No bully breeds and cats are not allowed.
