The Pelican Unit is one of 3 units in the triplex located at "Sunset Pointe Marina and Resort". Just over the Tom Adams Bridge on Manasota Key this upstairs, walk-up 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit has it all! Relax and enjoy the view of Lemon Bay from your large private balcony. Sunset Pointe Marina has the capacity for dockage up to a 40' boat (available on a first come first served basis). Kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes are available to enjoy during your stay. This beautiful property is less than a mile to Englewood Beach and restaurants on Manasota Key. All information provided is reliable but not guaranteed. Guests are eligible for a 10% discount on boat rentals at Sunset Point Marina. Guided sunset tours available. Ask us for more details. Kayak, SUP and Bicycle use is available for daytime only, specifically 8am to 5pm, a signed waiver is required. Onsite items available for rent include fishing equipment, coolers, beach umbrellas and beach chairs.
Maximum Occupancy/Gatherings: Our properties are in residential areas and are rented for personal vacation uses only. Each property has a specific maximum occupancy. Parties and other large gatherings are not permitted. Those that break this rule risk forfeiture of their security deposit, rental fees, and eviction. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions OR Rental Agreement (if VRBO) at the time you make your reservation.
After booking, Manasota Key Realty - Conch Out Vacations will be calling regarding all payments. Please note that payments on VRBO do NOT match ours. Each of our properties have a Security Deposit NOT shown on VRBO. Initial payments include the property's refundable Security (Damage) Deposit, 25% of the total rental fee and booking fee. Damage Deposit refund will be processed within 30 days of departure. Final payments are due 60 days from arrival. Please note the VRBO service fee is collected separately and is out of our control.
