However, we are sure you will want to enjoy the beauty of the nearly private 5-mile beach that's 175 steps away. Where you can find shells as well as fossilized shark teeth and plenty of room to put up the umbrella. Enjoy the tropical blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico where it's not unusual to see dolphins or manatees to name a few as the wildlife here is abundant. Witness some of the most beautiful sunsets here. Tip, stick around for 15-30 minutes after the sunset to see the real beauty unfold! You will find no fast food chain, no traffic lights, and no high-rise buildings. Ride the complimentary bikes provided just a short distance.

The famous Stump Pass, the Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve, the backwaters of the Beach State Park, and the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico, all well-known for their excellent fisheries (among the very best in the nation) are just 10 minutes away. Manasota Key is a quiet community with a sense of Old World Florida with easy access to local bars and restaurants which makes this an ideal location for your relaxing and convenient getaway for the day or even a few hours. You can walk to the nearby restaurants and bars as well as the mini-mart for last-minute essentials right from the beach. There is also a free shuttle service if you choose not to walk. Just call Stumpy’s Free Ride at 941-822-1444. They service almost the entire beach.

Maximum Occupancy/Gatherings:  Our properties are in residential areas and are rented for personal vacation uses only.  Each property has a specific maximum occupancy.  Parties and other large gatherings are not permitted.  Those who break this rule risk forfeiture of their security deposit, rental fees, and eviction.  Please refer to the Terms and Conditions OR Rental Agreement (if VRBO) at the time you make your reservation.

After booking, Manasota Key Realty - Conch Out Vacations will be calling regarding all payments. Please note that payments on VRBO do NOT match ours. Each of our properties has a Security Deposit NOT shown on VRBO. Initial payments include the property's refundable Security (Damage) Deposit, 25% of the total rental fee, and the booking fee. Damage Deposit refund will be processed within 30 days of departure. Final payments are due 60 days from arrival. Please note the VRBO service fee is collected separately and is out of our control.
