This complex is located at the south end of Manasota Key near Stump Pass State Park where you can enjoy the wildflower dotted sand dunes on a morning stroll or to go shelling along the shoreline at sunset.  Consisting of only three buildings and a total of 12 units, this smaller complex offers you the luxuries of condo amenities but still maintain that un-crowded feeling.  This three bedroom two bath unit is nicely decorated and gives you access to the heated swimming pool, picnic areas down by the beach and access to a beautiful beach just steps away!  All information provided is reliable but not guaranteed.  Maximum Occupancy/Gatherings:  Our properties are in residential areas and are rented for personal vacation uses only.  Each property has a specific maximum occupancy.  Parties and other large gatherings are not permitted.  Those that break this rule risk forfeiture of their security deposit, rental fees, and eviction.  Please refer to the Terms and Conditions at the time you make your reservation.
